We offer a 90 day warranty, and we stand by our promise. However, you are required to prove to us that the bed bugs are still alive. Therefore proof of existence of bed bugs after treatment must be provided by you. Accepted proof is a live bed bug (just keep it in a bag and show us when we come by to assess the warranty), or a Dog Detection will also be accepted as proof that you continue to live with bed bugs. There are times when an infestation is so bad, that we do need to come back, but this is very few and far between. Follow these important steps after your Bed Bug Heat Treatment
Heat
Use the med-high setting of your washing machine and dryer for ~20 min. to sterilize bed bugs on infested fabrics
Freeze
Place objects into your freezer, and set the temperature to lower than -5° C – leave them for ~1 week
Encase
An encasement is a fabric that covers box springs or mattresses, preventing bed bugs from re-infesting your bed
Intercept
Interceptors are small plastic trays placed under the legs of the bed to intercept bed bugs from climbing your bed
Wash
Wash your bedding about once a week in hot water and then use the dryer on the highest setting possible
Vacuum
Vacuuming your home once or twice a week to help keep those nasty bed bugs away
